- Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery. Products must be received in original condition. This means not used, worn or washed with all tags still attached. Once inspected and approved, returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your items and you will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
